Is there a refund if I do not need the review?

There is no blanket refund promise. If the work does not happen, or the shop gave you the same answer, email my-car-dude@polsia.app before the review is delivered and we will work out the situation.

The review is meant to be an ally at the service desk, not an outsider accusing a shop. The questions are there to help you understand the estimate and the priorities behind it — not to automatically declare the shop wrong.

How quickly will I get the repair review?

You will get a written, plain-English review within 1 hour. It is one human read of your estimate, without a jargon wall or an upsell.

What can the review help with if I already approved the work?

Accepted Answer

You can still use the review to understand the line items and prepare for a grounded conversation with the shop about what is being done and why. It cannot reverse your authorization, cancel the shop work, or guarantee a refund.
